What’s Included:

Professional hotel standard cleaning following every stay, ensuring your property is looked after, all rooms are cleaned and always looking at their best. Below is a list giving you an idea of what’s included in our standard Airbnb, Short Let and Holiday Let cleaning package:

General

  • Making beds
  • Wash, dry and put away dishes
  • Wipe inside and outside of kitchen cupboards (throwing away any expired food)
  • Mop Floors
  • Vacuum floor (including behind/under furniture)
  • Clean toilets, bathtubs, and showers
  • Clean Mirrors
  • Empty and take out rubbish/recycling
  • Dust all reachable surfaces and skirting boards
  • Dust and wipe down countertops, appliances, door handles, and light switches
  • Keep check and provide reports for any obvious and substantial damages caused by guests

Supplying and Restocking Toiletries

We can provide packs of hotel quality toiletries for each booking, which will be replenished after every checkout.

Each pack will include:

  • 2 x bin bag liners
  • 2 x toilet rolls
  • 1 x tea towel
  • 1 x kitchen roll
  • 1 x shower cap
  • 1 x mini bottle shampoo
  • 1 x mini bottle conditioner
  • 1 x mini bottle bath & shower gel
  • 1 x mini tooth brush & tooth paste

Clean Linen and Towels

We can provide packs of freshly washed and ironed linen and towels for each guest at the property prepared to hotel standard for every stay. Before the arrival of your new guest, all used linen and towels will be collected and replaced with fresh packs of clean and crisp linen and towels.

Each set includes 100% cotton, high quality sheets and towels:

  • Bed sheets – flat sheet, duvet cover & pillow cases (single, double, king or super king)
  • Towels – bath towels, hand towels & face cloth
  • Bath mat
  • Kitchen tea towel

Key Management

We can offer a secure and efficient key management service between all parties including hosts, cleaners and guests.

Check In Service

One of our friendly team will greet and welcome your guests, show them around the property, provide any instructions that you have given to us about the property and also give them some great local tips!

Frequently Asked Questions:

How and When do I pay?

We accept online, telephone and bank transfers, we require a deposit of 50% of your cleaning total paid to us 24 hours in advance of your cleaning appointment.

The remaining balance must be paid on completion to the cleaning operative before they leave the property via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Please Note: in circumstances where you are unable to be present we will require payment of the remaining balance to be made within 24 hours of completion.

Can I Book with you on Short Notice?

We try to accept all bookings although same day bookings are not always available but we will always try to accommodate you.

What areas do you cover?

We currently operate throughout London and surrounding areas within the M25.

Do you work on Weekends/Bank Holidays?

Yes we work 7 days a week including Bank Holidays at no additional charge.

Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products, equipment & materials for the clean?

When booking our Airbnb, Short Let & Holiday Let cleaning service customers can choose to provide us with their own cleaning products, equipment and materials.

Please ensure you have the following:

  • Bathroom Cleaner
  • Bin Bags
  • Expandable Duster
  • Floor Cleaner
  • Glass Cleaner
  • Kitchen Cleaner
  • Limescale Remover
  • Microfiber Cloths (washed in-between visits)
  • Rubber Gloves

  • Vacuum Bags (if required)

We can provide all of the cleaning products, equipment and materials for an additional charge.

Can I book linen supply service on it's own?

Unfortunately not, we supply linen with our housekeeping services only.

Can I make special requests for the housekeeper?

Please feel free to add booking notes when you make your booking and our team will follow the requests and instructions when they are servicing your home. Do ensure that the instructions are precise and easy to understand e.g. I’ve purchased some local chocolates for the guest which I have left in the cupboard could the housekeeper put them out on the kitchen table.

What if my guests haven't checked out when your housekeeping team arrive?

We always recommend telling your guests a check out time if you have housekeeping booked in. If the property is not vacated by the time we arrive, we will contact you to let you know. If we cannot reach you, our team will wait for half an hour, if they still aren’t able to start they will leave.

What if my guest is running late for check-in?

Our team will wait for up to 90 minutes for your guests to arrive from the time you book the check-in. We appreciate that travel plans can go awry and we ask that you and your guest keep us updated if they are not expected to arrive within the allocated 90 minutes, if the guest does not arrive within the allocated waiting time we can wait but you will be charged for additional waiting time by 30 minute increments. If your guest has not replied to our check-in team’s texts and calls and is running late for 60 minutes, we will call and email to notify you of the situation.
